Happy Halloween

We all went to the Pumpkin Patch today and we all had a blast! Kaden loved the corn pit as did most of the other kids. He also enjoyed riding the miniature tractor!

Kaden was adamant about picking a pumpkin...

Braxton and Brazos picked some winners and Kaden was a proud cousin!

We had Beggar's Night last night. Kaden visited a few houses then we returned home to pass out candy. Up here they have to tell you a joke before they get the candy. Kaden and all the boys looked adorable.

Wednesday night we had Trunk or Treat! The dragon was about worn out after three appearances!

Karl and the ferocious dragon...

The Clapp family...AKA...The Tin Man, Dorothy, The Scarecrow and the Lion...too cute!

Brazos counting to three for me to take a picture

Braxton looking more and more like his daddy...

The cutest dragon in the world and his wonderful daddy!

Today is a good day...

just like all the rest, just tweaked a little! Karl comes home today after being gone a whole 8 days. I can't imagine how you ladies with husbands in the military do it...you are my hero's!
Karl called and he is in Detroit and everything looks to be on time! WOO HOO! I am ready to see my hunny!

Last night we dressed all the boys up and headed out to Night Eyes (the Zoo's interpretation of Halloween). I don't know that we saw more than 5 or so animals. It was cold outside (53 degrees) so we dressed the boys, pushed strollers through, stopped for a few pictures and headed back home with our candy.
Lyneil made Braxton's costume this year and it looks great...do you know who the hero of Bumblyburg is? Braxton can tell you. He told his Wednesday night teacher that God has given him special powers to save everyone! Brazos was a sweet bat, Brayson a yellow banana and Kaden a dragon. Thanks Neil, for getting all of the costumes ready for us!

Isn't my dragon a sweet thing!

2 more days...

Lyneil and Andy wanted to trade some toys out of the boys so Braxton, Brazos, Kaden and I set out on an adventure! We went to the MALL. The boys have been wanting to go 'somewhere...anywhere'. So, off we went. One of our malls has this awesome store called the GameStore. It is full of games that you can go in and test out! WoooHooo! Lovely for me with my little three! Not pictured is the train set (fully equipped). They played on it for almost 30 minutes. Then we headed to the play area...Big night. The most exciting thing was to see them get all of their 'new' (to them) toys out once they got home and play with them like it was the first time. I am a huge fan of sorting through toys and switching them out. Fresh.New.Good.
Brazos stacked...I love these things.
While Braxton farmed...He said, 'See, this is how Uncle Brent has his horses!'

Braxton stacked....
While Brazos farmed...

Brayson stayed at home with his mom and dad!
Kaden thought the bucket of ducks was pretty cool...I was okay with that.

This picture is for Amy. If his MP3 player is juiced...he's on it! He loves this thing!

count down to 3...

Good morning Karl! We enjoyed hearing your voice yesterday. Brazos wanted to 'see me' so this is what he took. We played for about an hour at the top of the stairs this afternoon. Kaden was practicing opening the door for people...such a gentlemen!
Brazos cheesing it up.
Braxton loves him MP3 player...Amy! Brayson loves to smile at people, even if they aren't smiling at him. Braxton will randomly break out in song but he quiets down when he thinks someone is listening.
Kaden bright eyed at the top of the stairs. He tried to come down today head first...we are still working on coming down on your bottom!
Brayson and Lyneil. This is usually his smile when you greet him. He was in a SUPER happy mood today. This kid is a happy one...that is for sure!

Today was a busy day...Lyneil got the majority of Braxton's costume made, cookies and brownies for Andy's work made, I worked for two hours from home, and we had one extra 8 week old and an extra 18 month old...WHEW! I know we will sleep well tonight.

Brayson wanted to share his happy thoughts...

Karl, I beat your score! I scored you in two events...you'll just have to see which ones later...lalalalalala

Pictures for Mom and Kaden!!!

I(Karl) have been in Germany since Friday. We landed on Friday morning and drove (really fast) to Mannheim for a meeting at the Deere factory. Once we finished up the meeting we checked into a hotel but had to force ourselves to stay awake to better adjust to the time. I definitely went to bed early though. The next day, Saturday, we went to a small town south of Mannheim called Heidelberg which was nestled in between two hills on a river. Heidelberg's pride and joy is a castle which they are continuing to restore to its original state. Here are some pictures around town and in the castle.

From inside the Castle

The world's second largest wine barrel.
(The largest had a room of its own, picture later)

Down by the river!
We drove to Zweibrucken later on Saturday where we are staying the rest of the week.

I will post a few more pictures later... this is all I have for now since I was an idiot and did not bring my own camera. Who takes a trip without a camera? -Karl

Andrish, I hope you enjoy the pictures! Love you and will see you soon!

4 more days until...the daddy flys in

Hey dad, look! Mom and I actually took a picture together. Now we need one with all three of us...

Andy was giving the Beck boys a bath one evening and Kaden thought it necessary to join them in the bathroom...if water is running, Kaden and Brayson can kick it into super fast scoot and get places QUICKLY. The next time I saw Kaden, Andy had given him a faux-mo-hawk. I think Kaden liked it...his daddy on the other hand....

5 more days until we are together again...

Kaden is talking more and more. He only has a few sounds for now. He loves to play with Brazos. He loves to rearrange anything that Braxton is building, putting together or arranging and he loves to beat on Brayson. We have a lot of work to do in the soft touching area...

I did get to talk with Karl today!!! We are using Google Talk this round. He can hear me but he has to type all of his responses since he doesn't have a mic. Hopefully tomorrow he can find one at the office. He has had some great food and been able to see some cool sites.

Happy Fall Y'all
