Update for May

This little boy loves his daddy!

The other night, he went and just got still on top of Karl and I just was floored at how long this kid is getting. He is growing so healthily and I am thankful!

Last month we were at home and stopped by to see Granny and as requested, "Neil, bring me ONE chicken wing from Popeye's", we complied!

Once a month, we have a short devo and singing service at church. Andy, Braxton and Brazos lead Jesus Loves Me...well, Braxton went up there with them. I love our nephews!

LCJLS

Mid April Lyneil and I took the little boys home for the LCJLS and the boys LOVED it! We had a blast. The boys played in dirt, dirt, and more dirt.

Braxton showed Jumpy in the KiddyClass and even talked with the judge...

Here is the KiddyClass Crew! They all did very well and enjoyed themselves...well, except for Brazos (who talked about how he loved his trophy all the way home).

The Circus, The Circus...Everyone Loves the Circus!

So, Karl and I had date night Thursday evening and Friday Neil and Andy had theirs! So, Karl and I were invited to join another family at the circus!!! Off we head with four boys in tact!

The Shriner's put on a pretty good circus. I can't tell you the last time I was at the circus. I loved it. I enjoyed all of the trapeze work, the juggling, the tigers and elephants too.

Braxton enjoyed the cotton candy...on the way home he told Da "I didn't like it for the most part"...oh man! Braxton didn't like the loudness, but he enjoyed the animals and the canon lady (he didn't like the loud boom, but loved seeing her fly)!

Brayson sat with Karl most of the evening and I had Kaden. They were so funny to watch. They would give each other high fives, hug each other, scrub each others heads...I enjoyed watching them together as well.

During intermission, we were able to go down and get up close and personal to the elephants. They really wanted to ride them, by the time we made it down to center stage, the line was FOREVER long and Karl and I decided no.

The tiger was so beautiful. It is amazing what work and training goes into the daily maintenance of these animals. Growing up training show animals I just wonder what their daily routines are. I loved seeing the people interact with the animals!

Watching intently (since their mean aunt and uncle wouldn't let them ride)! They had ponies to ride during intermission as well.

At 20 till 10 pm this is what you get...two tired little boys and two boisterous older boys. We had fun (even Braxton during parts)...he especially enjoyed the clown acts (when they started throwing around paint and painting each other)!
