Kaden's 1st Day at Work

Kaden went to work for the first time today. We are starting him off early. Lori (my boss) has high aspirations for this kid (as well as the rest of us). She already has him reading and giving advice from time to time.
He was great at work. I am only spending about 2-3 hours a time at work and Kaden gets to go with me. Isn't that the best of both worlds. I love it!

Prayers for Brayson

We are asking for your prayers for Brayson. Everything is okay at this point. He is having some trouble breathing again. His steriods have all worn off and he has one more week until he gets to go back to the specialists. Lyneil said that he is starting to sound bad again. He is still eating and sleeping okay. So, please just keep this little baby boy in your prayers that he will stay healthy enough to get he and his parents through next week!

Giggling Kaden

I finally took some video of our sweet little boy. Enjoy....This is for all of the grands and for the aunts!

By the way, Amy is updating her blog now...check it out!

Update on Andy's Grandmother

Andy's grandmother passed away this morning early. Please keep them in your prayers as they head south. The weather should be okay for them on the road. Just keep them in your prayers!

JD Corporate

Before Karl, Kaden and I headed out of town, I was greeted by the morning Beck Cowboys. They both came galloping down the stairs. They were looking for their sheep and cattle. Both of course with horse in hand. Have I said lately, how much I enjoy being here (I mean around my nephews/not particularly in the midwest)!
Wednesday morning we headed to JD Corporate. Karl received an innovation/collaboration award for his work on one of his projects and Kaden and I were able to join him for an evening of smoozing and then a day of strolling. Thursday we were able to go tour and look around. Is it wrong that they have huge tractors in such a nice building?
We tried on all of the tractors! Our little JD/Aggie boy!
Karl and Kaden in the driving and buddy seat. Karl wouldn't let Kaden sit in the main drivers seat. But he did have a buddy seat all to himself.Kaden sizing up against the big wheel.

We found a loader that just fit!

Snowy Sunday

I took this picture Friday. Just thought it was cool how the snow is just hanging there. Isn't it neat how God just makes the wind blow and the snow fall just perfectly!
This is what happens when Lyneil is gone all day and I had to go downstairs to change the laundry....Kaden has Brayson duty! I think we exceeded the weight limit in the swing!

Well, today is Sunday and we are home all day. We are under a blizzard warning and the streets are slushed. So, therefore, we will have no worship, Bible class or LTC practice today. Karl is working on the church website, the Beck's are all upstairs and Kaden is wiggling his chuncky legs. Looks like we'll get to spend some wonderful time with daddy today!
